Architectural Drawings

SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE

• Review the Client’s program and budget.
• Prepare schematic design drawings illustrating the scale and relationship of the project components.
• Include a conceptual site plan, if applicable, and preliminary building plans, sections and elevations.
• Include study models, perspective sketches, 3D modeling or a combination of all.
• Prepare preliminary selections of major building systems & construction materials

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE

• After refinement of the design and finalization of the project scope, prepare plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details and equipment layouts.
• Prepare outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish the level of quality.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE

• Produce complete drawings with detailed project requirements.
• Prepare material specifications which define the quality of materials and systems.
• Prepare and submit all required calculations.
• Produce an estimate of the probable construction cost of the project.
• Coordinate and provide timely responses to all governing agencies having jurisdiction.
